We ordered this pizza last night after reading the reviews and hearing a Chicago couple assure us there was NO good pizza to be found in Bonita Springs, FL. The pizza was AMAZING!!! Thin, crispy, tasty, satisfying and wicked fresh! We carried out, but will eat in next time to enjoy the charming atmosphere which is cozy and friendly and warm!

Really good Italian food!! The bread is to die for!! Ordered Calamari that was cooked perfectly. Veal Masala that was tender and juicy. I can't wait to try the pizza.

Pizza was a-mazing. Service was great. Wish we had this place back home. The little Italy special was really good. Usually hard to please everyone in our family of 6 but we all loved it. The bruschetta was also fantastic!

Service was good but food not so much. Wife's pasta dish came from the freezer. My chicken parm was sliced too thin and the sauce was bland and watery. When our salads arrived we asked for bread and the waitress brought us 3 slices.. When the entrees arrived it also had bread with it. The bill had a $3 charge for bread. The desserts were very good. I was going to award 2 stars but our waitress bumped it to 3. We won't return.

The 'Suprema' pizza was the best pizza we've had in a long time! You can't beat hand tossed crust, truly authentic and delicious. Everything is homemade and quality is definitely not overlooked here. Great food for a great price, can't beat it. The owner is great and even the cook came out to ask me how I was enjoying the pizza he had made for us. Amazing.

This is a great place to get fresh italian food. We stopped here since we were craving a nice sandwich for lunch. We loved the bread that our sandwiches were made with. It is baked fresh everyday. We appreciated that we could substitute a nice salad instead of french fries since we were watching our waist lines. We do not like chains for the most part so when we eat out in Florida we look for mom and pop places like this. We will certainly be back to try the pizza and dinner items.

We had a scrumptious pizza the other night, by far the best we've had in the Naples FL area. The crust was crisp as ordered and the cheese, sauce and toppings flawless. Being from the New York area, I know good pizzas and Lil Italy's was just such a delectable dish.

Though the prices are low for this area, the portions are small. The "bolognese" pasta sauce wasn't very good, just did not have the full body flavor you want from this kind of sauce. The red clam sauce was better. The pasta was requested al dente and did come that way, so that's good. We did not try the pizza on this visit. The service was ok, but we had to wait a long time for a garden salad to arrive ahead of the entrees. Very plain ambiance.

This is total immersion Italian food. L'il Italy Bistro loves what it does, loves doing it here, and loves that its customers love it all, too. I'm enamored with eggplant parm. This Bistro has consistent good & delicious quality for the dish. I've had it here, for lunch, then on another visit months later, for dinner. In summer, an attractive meal for two plus a bottle of wine is only $29,95. It's offered every day, all day. The small space lives very large. Near the kitchen are gigantic utensils decorating the red wall. The owner's photographed large groups sitting at the table beneath Hercules serveware. Then, he framed the photos and mounted them around the rest of the bistro. Quite a happy gallery of well fed folks Outside, patio tables with red umbrellas, and quiet, gentle music piped overhead beckon dinner scouts on US41. To them I would also say - Come on in!

Great meatball sandwich. My buddy had the veal sandwich and it was very nice. Bread is made by the owner daily and is excellent. Out of town made a stop and we're rewarded with the warmth of a real Italian meal.

This is some of the best pizza to be had in SW Florida. We have been trying for decades to find a good pizza place in the area, but there's something in the air or water that makes it difficult to make a good crust. I have spoken to several professional chefs that confirm that opinion. Even one of my favored Chicago chains (Aurellio's) can't get their pizza here to compare to what they serve back home. That being said, the New Yorkish style pizza here is very good. The crust isn't as thin as a traditional NY, but it goes very well with the sauces and cheese. Do you know how it felt after thirty years of trying, to finally find a pizza that we really enjoyed? We also tried the mussels appetizer which was enjoyable despite being a little over cooked. I won't give any negatives here because mussels are overcooked at 90%+ of the restaurants I visit. They only need a minute! I will complain about the service. Despite only three other people in the entire, small place, we had trouble getting the waitress' attention and had empty drinks for much of the meal. Booze is the money driver for most restaurants and I never had a chance to order a beer. By the time the food arrived, I didn't feel like waiting for a beer. The profit margin on my water was what? Fortunately, they do take out.

Great family restaurant located minutes from the beach. We are there last week as part of a family reunion. Staff accommodated close to 50 of us on pretty short notice. Owner closed the place just for us and made sure that the food came out quick and hot. I had the classic spaghetti and meatballs (can't go wrong). Wine was already flowing by the time we sat down as part of their $30 meal deal for couples (2 entrees, 2 salads, 2 deserts and a bottle of wine). Would definitely go back when I'm in the area.

Based on the Reviews, we purchased a Groupon and looked forward to trying out this place... Maybe last Thurs. was an off day...we ordered Eggplant Parm, Lasagna and 2 slices of pizza...the undercooked (and, IMO, too thick?) eggplant was on a bed of spaghetti covered in as bland of a sauce as you can imagine--chunks of tomatoes in a thin, watery base...need I say more? Although the lasagna was not as bland, it still lacked the flavor one would expect from such a dish... The pizza, in our opinion, was the saving grace...good flavor and a tasty crust. We were thankful this meal was on Groupon--we felt less ripped off... We might return for pizza (some day?), but would not waste our hard-earned $'s on an entree.

Ate there one night last week. Outside seating is available if you like seating next to a parking lot next to a busy six-lane. Some do. We were seated quickly inside. A table for 20 was being cleared, so the place is popular. Our server was friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. The owner was in and out of our room and friendly. I had spaghetti with meat sauce. Sauce great. Will go again.

Like a few others who have posted reviews, we purchased a Groupon for this restaurant. I assume the restaurant is supposed to make sure the Groupon "Fine Print" reflects their deal, but what this restaurant will honor when you present a Groupon is very different from what the Groupon actually says. The Groupon we bought cost $29 for up to $66 of value, and it was to include two soups or salads, two entrees, and two drinks. If you look at the menu, the only way to get up to $66 of value is to add up two each of the most expensive large salads ($10 each) and most expensive entree ($19 each) and two beers ($4 each). Alternatively, you might think of getting two $9 large salads and two $5 glasses of wine to get to your $66 of value. Without including some kind of alcohol, there is no way to get to "$66 of value" as non-alcoholic beverages are only $2, plus the Groupon said nothing about beer and/or wine being excluded from the Groupon deal. What this restaurant would allow us to receive with the Groupon we purchased were two non-alcoholic drinks, two small salads and two entrees. With this, the maximum value we could receive was only $54, which is not a bad deal, but not what we thought we had purchased. When we found out what they would allow to be ordered with our Groupon, we did talk with the owner as we had a copy of the Groupon with us. He completely ignored the fact that the Groupon said it was to be for $66 of value and that it did NOT say that alcoholic drinks were excluded. After some further discussion, he finally allowed us to include two glasses of wine, but would not give in on the large salads. In the end, while still not what we thought we had purchased, this was compromise we were willing to accept. Now, finally, to the food. We had two small Antipasto salads, which were more than good, and we would recommend them. It was too bad we could not have had the large size as they were the best part of the meal by far. We had the Chicken Marsala and the Veal Marsala for our entrees. The Marsala wine sauce on both entrees tasted like it was brown gravy (yuck), and the veal was like rubber - difficult to cut and chew. Since the veal was so bad, I was not disappointed that the size of the veal was so small, as was the portion of chicken. While using the Groupon was a hassle, we were glad that we were not paying full price for the meal as it was a big disappointment.

We stopped here on our way to the airport. What a nice surprise. I had the veggie flatbread and added ham....Flatbreads can be good at best...but this was delicious! My husband had the lasagna soup. Incredible! I asked the charming owner for the recipe but he graciously declined adding he would be happy to ship the soup to me. Great find.
